27 April 2009 [15:22] - TODAY.AZ
OSCE MG co-chair Matthew Bryza considers it possible to settle the Karabakh issue in the next few months.
"We can not say it exactly but I hope it is possible in the next few months", he told reporters in Yerevan.

In turn, OSCE MG co-chair of France Bernard Fassier annouced that the resolution of the Karabakh problem mainly depends on the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia.

"There have appeared an impression that the heads of the two states are not inclined to prepare their public for the problem solution. Yet, today we are fully condident that the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia are inclined to preparing their public to the need for peaceful co-existence", noted he.

Fassier also said that "the form of personal cooperation both between the co-chairs and the presidents of every country is developing after so many years".

"We consider that both presidents are sure that as former French Foreign Minister Aristid Briyan said, the incomplete concessions are much better than a real war", concluded the French co-chair.
