Russia is the only country that mediates the Karabakh resolution on the level of presidents

"Russia is the only country that mediates in the peaceful resolution of the conflict on the highest level - on the level of presidents. And we are ready to play a role of a guarantor anytime when Azerbaijan appeals to us", said Dorokhin.

The ambassador stated Russia's readiness to support any decisions to which Azerbaijan and Armenia will come.

The diplomat said that the Karabakh problem will be discussed at the upcoming talks of the heads of Russia and Armenia in Moscow soon. Dorokhin reminded that earlier this problem had been discussed at the meeting of presidents Dmitri Medvedev and Ilham Aliyev.
