Relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are developing on high level: MP

"The working visit of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to Russia and the talks he held with Dmitri Medvedev will lay a profound and significant foundation in the relations between Russia and Azerbaijan", said deputy executive secretary of the party MP Mubariz Gurbanly, according to the press service for the Yeni Azerbaijan party.

He said the relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are developing on the high level.

"These relations in the political, economic, humanitarian, scientific and technical areas are profitable and mutual. It is important for us that at the meeting Medvedev confirms the need to base on the norms of international law and resolutions adopted by UN and OSCE in the resolution of the Karabakh problem", noted Gurbanly.
