Armenia and Turkey are not going to sign any document today, the Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan announced in a press conference.

He said that the negotiations between the two countries are in the process. “Definite improvement is felt. I guess that in the nearest future those relations will be resolved,” the Minister said. Note that the BSCE Ministerial Summit launched in Yerevan. The Foreign Minister of Turkey Ali Babacan and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Mahmoud Mamedguliev are currently in Yerevan to attend the BSEC Summit.
