15 April 2009 [10:41] - TODAY.AZ
Opening of borders is decisive for Armenia, for if the border does not open in the next six months and if this blockade stiffens, Sargsyan's government will end, said famous political scientist Rasim Aghayev.
According to him, in the result serious changes will occur and the political situation will deteriorate.

"Armenia can expect support almost from nowhere. Therefore, opening of borders with Turkey is extremely important for it", said he.

The political scientist noted that there is another way our of the situation for Yerevan, which means disavowal of its expansion policy and aggression. Armenia should choose a course for good neighbor relations and disarmament, yet the problem is that it did not reject its aggressive ideology.

"Inside Armenian public there is a resentment with the Karabakh clan and today there appeared new signs of resentment in this country. It is not of good life that Serzh Sargsyan agreed for football diplomacy, inviting president Abdullah Gul to Yerevan. This is a consequence of serious problems, facing Armenia. Early elections and resistance are possible there, as Armenians are experienced in extremist attacks. Just recall the fire in the Armenian parliament and in Karabakh", concluded the political scientist.
