Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov will attend the next session of the CIS FM's council in Ashgabat, according to press secretariat of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan Elkhan Polukhov.

During the session it is planned to consider about 20 issues on cooperation in different spheres. The draft agenda of the session includes discussion of the new edition of the rules of procedure of the Council of the heads of states, council of the heads of governments, council of the ministers of foreign affairs and economic council of the commonwealth of independent states.
The agenda of the session includes definite of priority measures in the sphere of humanitarian cooperation of the CIS states for 2009-2010, implementation of the plan of many-later consultationns between foreign ministries in the CIS frames for 2009 and a plan for 2009; cooperation of the CIS executive committee with Secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
The meeting participants will also discuss proposals on the coordinated migration policy of the CIS member-states: implementation of measures on further development of the general educational area and cooperation of the CIS member-states in the sphere of education for period until 2010; attainment of agreements on exchange of information in the sphere of combat with crime and cooperation in the investigation of air accidents with state air vessels of the CIS member-states.
