PACE monitoring committee's co-rapporteurs to visit Baku

PACE Monitoring Committee`s co-rapporteurs on Azerbaijan Andreas Herkel (Estonia) and Evguenia Jivkova (Bulgaria) will start a 5-day visit to the country next Tuesday.
The co-rapporteurs will meet members of the Parliament, officials of the ministries of foreign affairs and justice, and representatives of NGOs.

Herkel and Jivkova will also visit Nakhchivan.
