"I think the whole policy of working president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, who speaks Russian well and demonstrates the culture of speech to which most Russian politician might be envious, is held in this very direction. This person is not prejudiced towards the Russian culture and treats it with respect", noted he.
