PACE observers to arrive in Azerbaijan

The PACE observers mission to observe the referendum on amendments and alterations to the Azerbaijani Constitution on March 18, will be headed by Belgian deputy Paul Villi, according to head of the Azerbaijani delegation in PACE Samed Seidov.

He said the mission of 9 people will arrive in Baku on March 15.
