Parliamentarians of Union of Belarus and Russia to observe process of referendum in Azerbaijan

The delegation of the parliamentary assembly of the Union Belarus and Russia will take part in an international observation over the referendum in Azerbaijan, said the press service for the assembly, according to Trend News.
The delegation of the union parliamentarians will include member of the commission of the Parliamentary assembly on legislation and regulation Oleg Zhelobov and member of the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly on economic policy Anatoli Lokot.

Notably, the referendum on amendments to the Azerbaijani constitution will be held on March 18.?
