Matthew Bryza and Bernard Fassier haven't responded yet to request of Nagorno Karabakh Azerbaijanis

Three months ago leaders and numerous representatives of Azerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakh, currently waiting for their soonest return to their native lands, have sent an appeal to the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs of France and the United States with a request to explan the meaning of their statement made on November 17 of the last year. Within three months the US and French diplomats did not answer two simple questions concerning the whole Azerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakh.

Internally displaced persons insist that Bernard Fassier and Matthew Bryza should clarify their position and say what they imply by saying "Nagorno Karabakh people".

Nagorno Karabakh Azerbaijanis asks the two diplomats also to specify the phrase "The opinion of the Karabakh population has not been defined yet and it is early to speak of their positions". In this connection, Nagorno Karabakh Azerbaijanis appeal to Bernard Fassier and Matthew Bryza with a repeated request to specify, whom the consultations will be conducted with to clarify the position of the Karabakh population, either with the leaders of Armenian community in Khankendi or leaders of both communities.

The large community of Azerbaijanis continues to wait for response to the questions put.
