On February 26 Ukraine units of notification system about rocket attacks in Sevastople and Mukachevo will be not available for Russia as the Ukrainian-Russian agreement about their use is nearing its expiration limit.

"In case any conflict arises, there is a real threat of using radar stations, dislocated in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, or Belarus for pressure on Russia", considers commander of the aerospace troops Vladimir Popovkin.
The stations, dislocated in Ukraine, have already exhausted their potential.
Moreover, the claims of the Russian servicemen relate to the low qualification of officials of the National scape agency of Ukraine, to which official Kiev empowered the operation of these radar stations. Earlier, the Defense Ministry of the country dealt with this issue.
