Azerbaijani general accuses Armenia of hiring servicemen

Armenia hires servicemen for the occupied Azerbaijani lands and the contact line with the Azerbaijani army, said commander of the second major unit of the army, major-general Mahmud Khamzayev.
He said he has been informed that the discipline is on the lowest level in the units of the Armenian army, dislocated in Nagorno Karabakh and other occupied regions of Azerbaijan and there are many problems there.

"I can not say that Armenian militants have the highest level of combat spirit. Those, who serve there, are hired servicemen", noted he.

He assured that a worthy response is given to Armenians, who violate the ceasefire regime.
