Benita Ferrero-Waldner: "Holding a referendum is an internal affair of Azerbaijan"

"The referendum to be held in Azerbaijan on March 18 is an internal affair of Azerbaijan", said Benita Ferrero-Waldner, EU commissioner on external ties and European Neighborhood Policy".

"People's free choice is more important for us and the referendum must fix free expression of will by the voters", said Waldner.
