Protest to be held in front of National Television and Radio Council in Baku

He said the main cause of the action is the decision of the council to discontinue broadcasting Azadlyg, Voice of America and BBC on the national frequencies of Azerbaijan.

"This decision contradicts to principles of receipt of information, as these radio stations were one of the tribune for us to present our position to people. Currently the time, date and the list of the youth organizations to take part in this picket and other details are currently being specified. We are not going to inform the Baku mayor's office about holding an action, as the mayor's office will not sanction it anyway. On the contrary, when we inform about the date and the time of the action, police disperses our pickets", said Abbasly.
