President of Azerbaijan congratulates Swiss counterpart on being elected as President

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today sent a message of congratulation to Hans-Rudolf Merz on his election as President of the Swiss Confederation.
"I am sure that Azerbaijan-Switzerland relations, our friendship and cooperation will continue to develop and strengthen by our efforts in line with interests of our peoples," the message read.

Azerbaijani leader wished his Swiss counterpart good health, happiness and success in his responsible work.
