Samed Seidov: "The PACE winter session will discuss a problem, which emerged between the OSCE and CE mission of observers during presidential elections in Azerbaijan"

He reminded that the start of a joint press conference of the mission of observers of OSCE and Council of Europe by results of presidential elections of Azerbaijan delayed due to the differences between the missions.

"The CE mission intended to introduce amendments to the final document, but they faced resistance of the OSCE mission. In this connection, the mission from the Council of Europe voiced resentment over the inadmissibility of double standards against different countries and application of methods of the previously  developed report.

The Council of Europe wanted to stress the positiveness of the elections, held in Azerbaijan, in the report.

Such problems of these missions will be discussed at the PACE winter session", said he.
