Azerbaijani Defense Minister receives special envoy of Greek Foreign Ministry

Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev received special envoy of the Greek Foreign Ministry Nicolaos Kolantsianos, reports Day.Az with reference to the press service for the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan.
The visit of the special envoy of the Greek Foreign Ministry to Azerbaijan is connected with the upcoming chairmanship of Greece in OSCE from 2009.

The meeting participants discussed the situation in the region and exchanged views around the ways of the Karabakh conflict settlement.

The meeting was attended by personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Anzhey Kasprshik, Greek ambassador to Azerbaijan Ioannis Metaksas, head of the OSCE Baku office Jose Luis Guerrero.
