Self-declared "Nagorno Karabakh" ready to transfer the killed serviceman to Azerbaijan

"The powers of "Nagorno Karabakh", being loyal to the assumed commitments, express readiness to transfer the body of the killed serviceman to the Azerbaijani party", said the States Commission of "Nagorno Karabakh Republic" on issues of servicemen, missing people and hostages.

"The related bodies of "NKR" have timely informed the offices of the International Committee of the Red Cross and OSCE, accredited in "Nagorno Karabakh", says the statement.
