President of Azerbaijan congratulates his Latvian counterpart on Republic Day

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan sent a message of congratulations to the Latvian President Valdis Zatlers whereby extended his best wishes on his country’s Day of Republic.
The letter runs: "In compliance with historical traditions, the Azerbaijani-Latvian relations today develop successfully. I am convinced that we shall further continue our efforts for all-round development of cooperation between our countries."

President of Azerbaijan wished his Latvian counterpart robust health and success, and the friendly people of Latvia – peace and tranquility.
