Khazar Ibrahim: "Recent statements of Serzh Sargsyan contradict to Moscow Declaration"

He stated that Moscow Declaration covered solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict basing on decisions, documents adopted within the framework of international norms and principles.

"All decisions and documents envisage territorial integrity and self-determination of people within territorial integrity", he said. The diplomat added that Moscow Declaration covered settlement of the conflict in stages.

"The stages may envisage withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from Azerbaijan, return of IDPs to their homelands and determination of the status within the territory of Azerbaijan", he said.
