Armenian bank, partner of Russian Troika dialogue company, opens affiliate in self-declared "Nagorno Karabakh"

Ameriabank is an investment bank, offering complex corporate and retail banking services.

The bank's Directors Board is chaired by Ruben Vardanyan, its general director is Artak Anesyan. The overall capital of the bank is estimated at 17 bln Armenian drams (about $56 mln).

Ameriabank is notably a strategic partner of one of the biggest Russian investment companies Troika Dialogue.

The Ameriabank management assured that the banking services, technique equality and service level in Nagorno Karabakh will correspond to the highest international standards and the conditions of the Yerevan central office.

The online system to ensure direct connection between the Karabakh and Yerevan offices will also be applied. The "Stepanakert" affiliate will offer the whole specter of corporate and retail services of Ameriabank, applying new financial technologies in the financial and banking sector of the self-declared "NKR". The services will be offered both to corporate customers and individuals.

The opening ceremony in Khankendi was attended by officials of the unrecognized republic and Armenia.
