President of Azerbaijan presents condolences to Russian counterpart

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev on a human loss in a terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz.
"The news of a human loss as the result of a terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz was a source of great sorrow to me" the President said in his letter.

"On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I offer sincere condolences to you and families and relatives of the dead, and wish the injured soonest recovery." President Aliyev said.
