Elmira Akhundova: "The new process of formation of national Azerbaijani elite is currently underway"

The really national Azerbaijani elite is being formed on the basis of the ideology of Azerbaijanity, declared by Heydar Aliyev, said famous publicist and deputy of Milli Medjlis Elmira Akhundova.

According to her, it is necessary to recall the demonstration of strength of Azerbaijani diaspora organizations abroad.

She said the further formation will be promoted by the state program, adopted by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, under which our talented youth will be educated in the best high schools of the world.

"This is also promoted by the state program of support of art workers, literature magazines, return of the historical building to the Composers' Union and the fact that this organization is headed by world famous composer Firangiz Alizade", said the deputy adding that there is a great number of examples, proving that the process of formation of national Azerbaijani elite is underway.

According to her, this process is complicated and will take some time.
