Azadlyg party to appeal to Ilham Aliyev due to the non-allocation of head office

He said though the party has passed all court instances, it does not intend to appeal to the European court of human rights, as the claim would be against Azerbaijan.

"We do not intend to speak against the state, as we want to settle this problem differently. Offices will be allocated only to those parties which have taken part in the presidential elections. Considering this situation, our party is planning to appeal to Ilham Aliyev with a request to put an end to it", said he.

Azadlyg party was notably registered in 2005.
