Ilham Aliyev's inauguration may take place in late October

He said article 203.1 of the Electoral Code of Azerbaijan says that the Central Electoral Commission must send results of presidential elections to the Constitutional Court within 10 days after elections.

"In line with article 102 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, results of presidential elections of Azerbaijan are officially declared by the Constitutional Court within 14 days after the voting day. An official inauguration of the newly elected president of Azerbaijan will occur within 3 days after that", said Sariyev.
