OSCE apologized for breach of law during presidential elections in Azerbaijan

Boris Frles, Head of OSCE/ODIHR Observation Mission, apologized for breach of law on behalf of OSCE observer while commenting on incident which occurred at polling station No 19 of ConEC No 29.
A OSCE observer entered a polling booth while an elector was voting. CIS observers recorded the incident and Chairman of Election Commission signed a protocol.
