Liberal-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan to continue demanding provision of head office in the court

17 October 2008 [08:56] - TODAY.AZ
The Appellate Court did not consider the claim of chairman of the Liberal-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan against head of the State Committee for State Property Management Kerem Hasanov, said party chairman Fuad Aliyev.
He noted that the reason was the absence of the responder.

"We have appealed to the Appellate Court regarding the decision of the Khatai district court about provision of an office for us by the state. The court decided to hold the next session on October 30. This time the party also invited the OSCE representatives for the process", announced he.

It should be noted that along with the OSCE representatives, the court hearing was also attended by representatives of foreign embassies, accredited in Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that earlier Fuad Aliyev's claim had not been granted.
