CEC leadership also participated in the event.

CEC Chairman Mazahir Panahov stated that IMC had been established since 2000. Media representatives of the center applied this practice in all elections in Azerbaijan during this period. According to him, the center has been supplied with a telephone, fax, computer and internet. Representatives of any mass media can use the service till elections. IMC will be available for 24 hours.
