European Court accepts claim of former deputy of Azerbaijani parliament Huseyn Abdullayev

Former deputy of Azerbaijani parliament Huseyn Abdullayev started a stage of communication with the European Court of Human Rights.
His defender Javanshir Suleymanov said that the European Court recognized Huseyn Abdullayev's claim as appropriate.

He noted that the European court of human rights started a communicative stage on the case of former deputy Huseyn Abdullayev, as his claim was accepted.

"The claim fixes the following points on which we are petitioning - the direct violation of article 1 of the European convention of human rights "responsibility to observe human rights", as well as violation of article 3 on non-application of torture, violation of article 5 the right for freedom and inviolability of personality, article 6 violation of the right for free court trial, article 7 violation of the right for punishment in the legal order, article 10 right for free expression of opinion and article 2 of protocol No 4 of the right for freedom of movement", said the defender.

According to Javanshir Suleymanov, the communicative period in the European Court of Human Rights lasts for 6-7 months.
