Qudrat Hasanquliyev: "Position of chief of executive powers is put to auction in separate regions of Azerbaijan and sold to those who pay more"

He said the recent meeting with voters in Lenkoran proved this fact once again.

"Chief of separate executive powers of the country due to the level of their intellectual, do not have any idea of the position, which they are occupying. In particular, in some cases they are not aware of the political processes in the country and, therefore, they want to reduce the importance of the upcoming presidential elections.

It became especially apparent during my recent meeting in Lenkoran.

They demonstrate their ignorance not only towards the political parties but also towards ordinary citizens. In particular, one of the Lenkoran residents told me that he sent an appeal to the head of the Lenkoran executive powers for 11 times, but he got no response, though this citizen complained that construction is conducted in his territory.

Hasanquliyev also announced that he will appeal to the related bodies due to the illegal actions of separate executive powers.

"It would be better to transfer the powers of the chief of executive powers to local municipal bodies. People should elect the chief of a municipal bodies", concluded he.
