Presidential candidate: "Azerbaijan should stop NATO integration and quit GUAM"

"Azerbaijan should suspend its NATO integration and declare itself a fully neutral country", said chairman of the Liberal-Democratic Party Fuad Aliyev.
He considers that along with it, Azerbaijan should also quit GUAM.

"Azerbaijan must join the Shanghai Organization for Cooperation. Such a position can not be called pro-Russian, for the GUAM organization proved its ineffectiveness during the conflict in Georgia.

It can be said that the GUAM activity has been stopped long before", said presidential candidate Fuad Aliyev.
