Azerbaijani presidential candidate Qudrat Hasanquliyev makes his election platform public

As is reported, the platform includes 129 paragraphs.

It fixes the issue of state construction, resolution of the Karabakh problem, army strengthening, construction of a civil society, development of science, education, culture, strengthening of international relations and others.

In particular, the presidential candidate offers to hold the 2010 parliamentary elections partially by proportional and partially by majority system. The 2015 elections should be held by proportional system.

It should be noted that Qudrat Hasanquliyv will use two major slogans during the elections - "We will do it", "Believe in yourself and in us".
