Eldar Sabiroghlu: "The military doctrine of Azerbaijan will be adopted this year"

"The doctrine fixes most military issues: development of relations with neighbors, situation in the region, security issues of Azerbaijan and other moments", said Sabiroghlu.

He also noted that currently the annual budget of Azerbaijan is $1,350,000,000.

"Azerbaijan has no problems with purchase of advanced weapons and our army is among the strongest in the region", said Sabiroghlu.
