Parliamentary Commission Chairman: "Delay of the Alternative Service Law is not connected with Azerbaijan's being at war"

"Delay of the Alternative Service Law is not connected with the Azerbaijan's being at war. It is connected with defending of embraced law", said Chairman of the Parliament’s Permanent Commission on Legal Policy and State-Building Ali Huseynov.

The Chairman said the law would be adopted after the document is completed.

"I think this law should be adopted because it is one of our obligations".
