Potential presidential candidate Mais Gulaliyev collects 37,000 signatures

He said 37,000 signatures had already been collected.

"We have not faced any special problems from the side of the executive powers and the police. Merely, the population is not active as regards the presidential elections. Moreover, as definite opposition leaders refused to take part in the elections, some people treat us negatively.

After we get necessary signatures, an expert group will check them and only then we will submit them to the Central Election Commission", said Gulaliyev.
