Eldar Namazov not to take part in presidential elections in Azerbaijan

The officials annulled registration of the Election Monitoring Center, which was to hold the parallel calculation of votes. Namazov's decision was also influenced by the announcements about boycott of elections by the Azadlyg bloc, Musavat party and other opposition structures.

According to Namazov, he did not want to create the "appearance of alternative of elections" by his participation.
