President of Azerbaijan extends condolences to Turkish counterpart over terrorist acts in Istanbul

The letter reads:

"Dear Mr. President

I was deeply saddened to hear the news about terrorist acts claiming loss of human lives in Istanbul.

We express our outrage against these insidious deeds and strongly condemn all manifestations of terrorism, which is the permanent source of threat to human life.

I share your sorrow, present my condolences to the families of those dead and wish speedy recovery to the wounded and injured.

May Allah rest their souls in peace!"
