Uzbek President to visit Azerbaijan

Uzbek President Islam Karimov will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan in September, 2008, Ismatulla Irgashev, Uzbek Ambassador to Azerbaijan told APA.
He noted that he would determine the date of the visit after returning to Uzbekistan. About 10 documents are expected to be signed during the visit. Moreover, the meeting of Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan intergovernmental commission is planned to be held.
