Ali Ahmedov: "President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has no rivals for presidential elections"

He said everyone is aware of it.

"It is a special moment in the history of modern Azerbaijan, when a country leader is conducting a policy, supported by everyone. Therefore, no candidate would be able to oppose him", said Ahmedov.

He noted that the population accepts the advantage of the working President and supports him at the upcoming presidential elections.

At the same time the representative of the ruling party said it does not imply that there will not be other candidates for president at the upcoming elections. According to Ahmedov, there will be more candidates to president, which will, however, not affect the pre-election campaign of the ruling party.
