Armenia and "Nagorno Karabakh" should strike an intergovernmental contract, which will mark a number of important and positive aspects, considers chairman of the Armenian National Democratic Party Shavarsh Kocharyan.
"This contract will primary be an indirect recognition of "Nagorno Karabakah Republic", noted chairman of the Armenian National Democratic Party at a press conference on Friday.

Moreover, He considers that the contract could empower Armenia to represent its interests as far as it is empowered to do it by the authorities of the self-declared "Nagorno Karabakh Republic", until it is recognized and takes part in the negotiation process on the resolution of the conflict.
