French ambassador to Azerbaijan: "EU regards Azerbaijan as a participant country in ensuring Europe's energy security"

He noted that the talks regarding energy supplies from Azerbaijan to Europe continue in all formats.

"Unlike the United States and Russia, cooperation between the European Union and Azerbaijan is lingered as the union includes 27 states and common opinion is required. The representatives of the Azerbaijani government, addressing to France, called  to define the single position of all countries, joining the European Union", said he.

At the same time, the French ambassador to Azerbaijan noted that both his country and the European Union work for ensuring human rights and strengthening principles of democracy.

"This work is carried out not only with Azerbaijan but also with other South Caucasus states in the framework of the European neighborhood policy. We are establishing relations with all Caucasus countries on the basis of loyalty, friendship and sincerity. We are at the start of this process", resumed Keller.
