The Khatai district court has appointed a preliminary session on the claim of the Liberal-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan against Kerem Hasanov, head of the State committee for state property management, said party chairman Fuad Aliyev.
He said the party demands to provide an office for it.

"We have filed a claim against head of the state committee for state property management Kerem Hasanov, pointing at his illegal actions as an official.

The Liberal-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan passed a state registration in the Justice Ministry on July 9 of 1999 and since that time it has sent 9 letters to the state committee with a request to provide it with an office for normal activity.

Yet, the party has not get any response, though it has a right for getting an office, in line with the law. Therefore, we ask the Khatai district court to pass a decision to ensure the party with an office", said Fuad Aliyev.

It should be noted that the claim is to be considered by judge Bahram Shukurov and the preliminary session on it will be held on July 1.
