Deputy Stepan Safaryan: "The meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents will not be effective until crisis in Armenia is resolved"

The Meeting of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan Serzh Sarkissyan and Ilham Aliyev can not be effective until crisis inside the country is resolved, considers secretary of the Heritage opposition parliamentary faction Stepan Safaryan.

"If Serzh Sarkissyan can not settle internal problems in Armenia, I think the world society will not entrust him the resolution of such important issues", said the deputy at a press conference on Friday.

Safaryan considers that no significant results are possible in this case and the country may face a difficult choice about representation of its interests in the world arena.
