Kyrgyzstan appoints ambassador to Azerbaijan

President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiyev appointed the ambassador of this country to Azerbaijan.
The functions of the ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan, as well as Armenia and Georgia, are empowered to ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Russia Raimkul Attakurov.

The due decree was signed on May 29 of 2008
