Azadlyg party suspends court trial on head office provision

31 May 2008 [11:06] - TODAY.AZ
The Azadlyg party, functioning in Azerbaijan, has not been provided with office so far, said party chairman Ahmed Oruj.
He noted that they had already appealed to the court instances. In particular, their recent claim was considered by the Supreme Court.

"Yet after we consulted the lawyers, we decided to suspend this process. Currently, the Azadlyg party does not hold court trials on state-provision of the head office.

At the same time, it is not excluded that the next instance, to which the party would appeal, will be the European Court of Human Rights. Everything depends on the circumstances", noted he.

It should be noted that the Azadlyg party was registered in the Justice Ministry in 2005.
