Azerbaijan's Interior Ministry allots two bodyguards for Azadlyg newspaper correspondent Agil Halil

Day.Az reports with reference to the Institute for Reporters Freedom and Safety, that the said information was provided by A.Halil personally.

He said Azerbaijan's Interior Ministry alloted two fast response police officers.

"These two police officers are always with me, wherever I go", noted Halil.

It should be noted that a preliminary court hearing on the case of homosexual Sergey Strekalin, charged with stabbing Halil, will start in Nasimi district court in June.
