Fazil Qazanfaroghlu: "Amendments to the Electoral Code of Azerbaijan should have been introduced long before"

He said this is because due alterations have not yet been introduced to the Electoral Code and the draft law "On freedom of Assembly".

"The said talks should have been completed and conditions for candidates, intending to participate in the presidential elections defined long before for if we fail to come to a single position on this issue, this would evidence internal weakness", noted he.
