US Republicans offer Azadlyg opposition party to train young leaders

Ali Agayev, co-chairman of the coalition, chairman of the Party of Civizens and Development told Day.Az that the meeting participants discussed the current issues.

"Several discussions were held regarding the PACE winter session. Moreover, Ali Kerimli, chairman of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan, met with US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Anne Derse on January 28. Such meetings are very important for the Azadlyg coalition, especially right before presidential elections", Aliyev said.

He also added that the representatives of the US Republican party offered them to implement a program on training young leaders. "The coalition has initiated the program implementation. Young leaders will be elected from three parties, represented in Azadlyg", he said.

It should be noted that the Azadlyg coalition is composed of the Liberal party of Azerbaijan, Popular Frond Party and Party of Citizens and Development.
