28 January 2008 [14:26] - TODAY.AZ
If no agreement has been reached on any point, the sides declare the failure to reach an agreement on the whole document.

The due statement was made by the spokesman for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibragim.

He noted that the occupied lands must be returned to Azerbaijan.

Khazar Ibragim noted touching upon the statements and newspaper articles of the senior officials of Armenia, according to which Azerbaijan is an artificial state and the Armenian armed forces should move to Mingechevir and Yevlakh on the territory of Azerbaijan for the complete provision of communications, that this is not a news.

"This proves that Armenians do not give up their territorial claims towards other countries. Yet, we are not in the early 1990s, it is the 21st century and the country, which is a member of the UNO, OSCE and the Council of Europe, can not threaten with occupation to another state", he said.
